Back sleepers
The low side keeps your head level with your shoulders, while the butterfly curve supports your neck.

- Unzip the cover and slide the foam core out.
- Machine wash the cover alone, following its care label.
- Let the cover dry fully before putting it back on.
- Spot clean the foam core if needed and air it out. Do not machine wash the core.
Always follow the care label on your pillow. The foam core is spot clean only.

Unzip and remove the cover, then wash it following the care label. Spot clean the foam core and let it air dry. Do not machine wash the core.

Most back and stomach sleepers prefer the low side (3.15 in). Most side sleepers prefer the high side (4.52 in). You can flip the pillow at any time.
